  The wash was great, the facility was nice. The only reason it's not five stars is because of the time involved. There were four cars that arrived after me but went ahead of me while my car sat with doors open alone in the vacuum lane. Unsure as to why, but in the end....great job.

  I would not even leave one star if it was an option. I am beyond furious. Nothing they can come up with to say can justify the crappy job they did on this car. I paid just over $30 for the "Ultimate". I called prior to going there to ask what options were included with each level so I could make an educated decision. I have 4 cars in this household and two additional business vehicles. I've bought and sold many cars and have used many local auto detailers. I've heard good and bad about Solar. I decide yesterday to give them a try since I live close by. After calling, I sent my 20 yr old son up with my car. I instructed him to leave a tip. I was very busy all day and into the evening, I was planning to list this car for sale last night. The car was not filthy, no little kids in it ever, just normal for a one person vehicle. Thankfully my son had the sense to look at it and not tip them. The first thing I asked him after I saw the car was "you didn't tip them did you?!". I have very light gray leather seats and they were not even wiped down, there was sand in the seats so not only not wiped down but did not run the vac over them or in the crease either. The inside windshield is HORRIBLE it is smudged and filmy. There are greasy hand prints on the inside driver door which is also a light gray leather and greasy prints near the ignition. The cup holder had crumbs and sand, the dash and stereo were dusty obviously NOT TOUCHED! There were straw papers in the door pocket and some other plastic wrap trash in the floor of the backseat. The rear bumper wasn't TOUCHED! I could see it as I walked up to it and wiped my hand across and my fingers were BLACK! I have a photo of that. The hubcaps very lightly wiped, not clean at all, front bumper also dirty and still had bugs like not old stuck on bugs either! The roof of the car and sunroof window were not TOUCHED! Everything I just mentioned came off, by me, just now, with light wiping of a damp cloth! I feel as though I threw $30 in the trash. I feel as though I was robbed. I should get a refund, a gift card to a detailer I choose & I should get paid however much they paid those workers yesterday because I just did what they should've done!
